Rates and Insurance
Sessions are 50 mins long for $175. Longer sessions are available upon request. If you have special financial needs, please let me know. You may qualify for a sliding scale fee.
I do not file insurance. Upon request, you will be given a receipt containing all the appropriate information about your session that can be filed with your insurance company. Please note that I am not a provider for any insurance panels so your session will be considered "out-of-network" by your insurance company. Your policy probably has an "out-of-network" deductible that must be met before the company will refund a percentage of your out of pocket payment. The percentage refunded is based on what the policy deems is "reasonable and customary"for the service. Since I am not associate with insurance panels, we can create the best plan for your needs and goals without insurance limitations. Plus, you have total confidentiality without an insurance company having rights to any details regarding you sessions.
Cash, check, and Venmo are accepted for payment. The first session is always cash only. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be paid in cash with a $50 service fee. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted. Please plan accordingly. If you are paying by check, please have your check written out before your session, giving you more personal time in your session.
If you miss your session and failed to notify the office at least 24 hrs in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session missed. If an unavoidable emergency has occurred, please discuss it with me.
